Ina Paarman's Kitchen Chicken Spice 200ml can be sprinkled on chicken before adding other cooking sauces. IT gives extra flavor to your chicken. It is prepared using sea salt, maize crumbs, spices, dextrose, onion, herbs, tomato powder and yeast extract.

Cooking Guidelines:
Pan fried chicken breasts: cut each breast fillet lengthways through the thickest side and buttery open. Pound lightly to flatten the breast to an even thickness. Rub generously with chicken spice. Preheat a heavy based fry-pan over high heat. Add +- 3 t(45ml) canola or sunflower oil. Pan-fry breasts until done. Serve with chips and a salad or top with onion, tomato and lettuce and serve in a fresh bread roll to make a chicken burger.
