San Remo was founded in 1936 by Luigi Crotti and today the company still creates the finest pasta around. Made in both Australia and Italy, San Remo’s pasta is made from durum wheat – the perfect grain for producing easy-to-cook spaghetti, tagliatelle, noodles, vermicelli, macaroni, penne, ravioli and fettuccine.

San Remo Elbows are a highly versatile shape hollow on the inside and dented on the outside. Use with any toppings, in a bake, salads or in a chunky-style soup like Minestrone.

Ingredients:

Durum wheat semolina.

Preparation Guidelines

Add pasta and 1 tbsp. of salt to 5 litres of boiling water, cook for 8 minutes or to taste.
